Our base is in Midrand and we support customers across Johannesburg, Pretoria, the East Rand, West Rand, Durban, Cape Town and Bloemfontein. We also courier spares and loan units to other parts of South Africa where practical.
For local jobs in Gauteng, we can often arrange a site visit or a workshop booking. For out of town customers we first assess the issue from the form details, then plan the most practical support method.
Support for new presses and repairs
If you need a new press put into service, we can help with setup, operator training and initial temperature and pressure checks. For existing machines, we handle controller repairs, element replacements, pad and covering work, pneumatic line service and preventive servicing.
When a press is down and you need production moving again, let us know urgently in the form. We can advise on the next step, check whether a loan unit is available and confirm whether the fault can be handled on site or in our workshop.
Training bookings and technical follow up
